A relaxing sky bar with terrific sights of Phnom Penh at night. Nice cocktails, we experienced two household signatures plus the whisky bitter, all of which pleased. There was a fairly easy listening Filipino band taking part in, as well as band was accepting of track requests. Ideal for an evening to wind down, with cool breeze.Cant fault the bar.
